RICHMOND, VA, UNITED STATES, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — and KONGSBERG, NORWAY – KONGSBERG and Logipix International Corp. (OTC: LPIX) (“Logipix” or the “Company”) have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand their existing cooperation, align Logipix technology with KONGSBERG’s airport solutions, and jointly pursue opportunities serving airport airside customers.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the companies on selected airport opportunities. The MoU builds on existing cooperation between KONGSBERG and Logipix, including the use of Logipix imaging technology for specific remote and digital tower applications. The companies intend to expand this cooperation and assess additional applications where Logipix technologies can complement KONGSBERG solutions to address customer requirements across airside operations. The MoU is non-binding and does not obligate either company to enter into any definitive agreement or to place any order or make any purchase. There can be no assurance that the cooperation contemplated by the MoU will result in definitive agreements, orders or revenue.

The cooperation is expected to focus on identifying relevant applications, coordinating technical and commercial activities, and developing solution approaches for opportunities the companies agree to jointly pursue. This may include remote and digital tower applications as well as broader airside opportunities the companies may identify.

Logipix offers ultra-high-resolution panoramic imaging, low-latency video, AI-powered computer vision, sensor fusion, and augmented-reality capabilities developed for airside monitoring. Its imaging technology includes solutions supporting 25-frame-per-second video for remote and digital tower applications. Potential applications include enhanced situational awareness, object detection and tracking, operational monitoring, and decision support.
“KONGSBERG is committed to helping airports strengthen situational awareness and support safe, efficient operations through adaptable, mission-critical technology. Logipix imaging technology is already supporting specific requirements within our remote and digital tower portfolio. This MoU builds on that cooperation and gives us a framework to explore additional applications of Logipix’s imaging and analytical capabilities and create additional value for customers on opportunities we pursue together,” said Hans Lie, Vice President Market & Sales at KONGSBERG.

“KONGSBERG brings extensive airport-domain knowledge, systems-integration expertise and a strong record of delivering technology for demanding operational environments. By aligning our high-resolution imaging, sensor-fusion and AI-assisted monitoring technology with KONGSBERG’s capabilities, we believe there is a significant opportunity to provide airside customers with a more complete operational picture,” said Mike Broggie, chief operating officer of Logipix International Corp.

The companies will continue their existing cooperation while working together to identify additional customer requirements and determine the technical and commercial approach for new opportunities they agree to pursue.
