RegASK today announced an updated RegGenius Workspace, its governed AI workspace for regulatory and compliance teams. It brings trusted regulatory sources, internal context, analysis and reporting together, so teams move from a question to cited, decision-ready deliverables without switching tools.
Regulatory work rarely starts and ends in one place. Teams search regulatory alerts, guidance, internal documents and external sources, then turn findings into briefings and reports across separate systems, making it harder to preserve the evidence behind a decision.
RegGenius Workspace brings that work together.
Teams can scope projects to regulatory alerts, documents, guidebooks, folders and web sources, while RegGenius analyzes them in context and keeps every question, answer and source connected.
Governance is built in, with findings linked to vetted, effective-dated regulatory sources. Role-based access controls govern access, named reviewers approve deliverables, and the workspace records who asked what, against which sources and when. Customer data is tenant-isolated and not used to train models.
Teams can turn analysis into cited briefings, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs and infographics, connected to supporting evidence and automatically saved.
When an authority publishes a new banned ingredient list, teams can combine it with internal product composition documents and screen their portfolio for exposure in seconds. They can also analyze recalls to identify recurring causes, affected markets and emerging patterns, then compare findings with internal quality documents.
“Regulatory intelligence has historically stopped at telling teams what changed,” said Caroline Shleifer, founder and CEO of RegASK. “RegGenius Workspace brings research, analysis and reporting together in one governed system, so teams move from regulatory uncertainty to decision-ready deliverables faster.”
“RegGenius Workspace has changed what we’re able to put in front of our leadership,” said Ashley Giovinazzo, senior manager, Regulatory Global Emerging Regulations at Ferrara, the multinational confectionery company. “It allows us to move beyond finding regulatory information to translating it into insights that can better support business decisions.”
“RegGenius Workspace keeps evidence, analysis and outputs connected, so every report, presentation and assessment remains grounded in the sources behind it,” said Amenallah Reghimi, chief product and technology officer at RegASK.
The workspace extends RegASK’s Regulatory AI Operating System, connecting regulatory intelligence, enterprise context, AI analysis and workflows.
RegGenius Workspace is available to RegASK customers.
This is the second announcement in RegASK’s latest release series. The first introduced RegASK Label Compliance, a governed agentic AI workflow that reduces label review from days to minutes.
