JLG Lawyers Earns Great Place To Work Certification

Glendale employment law firm emphasizes attorney leadership, income growth, work-life balance and long-term career development.

GLENDALE, CA, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — JLG Lawyers, a California plaintiff-side employment law firm, has been Certified by Great Place To Work after 100% of employees surveyed said JLG is a great place to work, compared with 57% at a typical U.S. company. The certification runs from August 2026 through August 2027.

Employees also gave JLG top marks for management appreciation and recognition of employees who introduce new and better ways of working. The firm received 99% scores for communication and management. JLG leadership says the results reflect an ongoing effort to create a workplace where attorneys and staff can grow professionally without sacrificing their lives outside of work.
