Hunter’s career spans nearly three decades in recruiting, hiring, and corporate leadership. Before founding Outer Limits Coaching, she spent 13 years as a recruiter helping people build careers, followed by 14 years hiring and mentoring global sales teams at companies including NetSuite, Oracle, and Tipalti. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
