Intoxalock Automates Probation Reporting Across 230+ Texas Agencies with a First-of-Its-Kind CSS Integration
PR Newswire
DALLAS, Sept. 1, 2026
New integration eliminates hundreds of administrative hours spent managing cases and solidifies Intoxalock’s position as the state’s premier ignition interlock provider.
Key Takeaways
- Intoxalock is the first IID provider to integrate automated compliance reporting directly with CSS.
- The integration serves more than 230 Texas supervising agencies, eliminating manual report downloads and uploads.
- Real-time IID compliance data is now available directly within CSS workflows.
DALLAS, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Intoxalock, the leading U.S. provider of ignition interlock device (IID) technology, today announced a major software integration upgrade with the Community Supervision System (CSS), one of the primary case management platforms used by courts and probation departments throughout Texas.
The upgrade automates the delivery of Intoxalock’s comprehensive compliance summary reports directly into CSS. Through this integration, probation officers and court staff will see real-time compliance updates auto-populated within their primary dashboard, eliminating the manual download-and-upload process for more than 230 Texas supervising agencies.
Intoxalock is the first and only ignition interlock provider to achieve this level of direct system integration with CSS.
Previously, probation officers and court staff were required to exit CSS, log into an external portal to download driver reports, and manually re-upload those files into the CSS platform. The new automated push syncs data within users’ daily workflows, saving hundreds of administrative hours and enhancing compliance.
“This integration represents a shift in how monitoring data reaches the justice system,” said Kathy Boden Holland, CEO of Mindr. “The courts and probation staff are spending too much time navigating fragmented systems, when their focus should be on their cases and public safety. As the first and only IID provider in Texas to solve this reporting bottleneck, we’ve freed up hundreds of hours for the work that matters most, and that’s keeping people and communities safe.”
Why it matters
- Saves CSS users time by eliminating manual downloads and uploads of the IID Summary Report
- Simplifies supervision by consolidating compliance information into a single platform
- Reduces administrative work for more than 230 Texas departments and courts managing high caseloads
- Reflects direct input from probation officers, reinforcing Intoxalock’s role as an innovation partner in community supervision
The upgrade builds on Intoxalock’s broader strategy of integrating its monitoring technology into the systems courts and supervision agencies already use, rather than requiring agencies to manage additional tools.
“Texas is where Intoxalock built its foundation. Continuing to innovate and invest here is deeply personal for us,” said James Murphy, Senior Director of Outside Sales. “By listening closely to the probation officers and court staff who rely on our systems every day, we were able to find this step and take it off their plates. We couldn’t be more grateful for their collaboration.”
The integration is live and available for all departments using CSS across Texas.
