The upgrade automates the delivery of Intoxalock’s comprehensive compliance summary reports directly into CSS. Through this integration, probation officers and court staff will see real-time compliance updates auto-populated within their primary dashboard, eliminating the manual download-and-upload process for more than 230 Texas supervising agencies.

Intoxalock is the first and only ignition interlock provider to achieve this level of direct system integration with CSS.

Previously, probation officers and court staff were required to exit CSS, log into an external portal to download driver reports, and manually re-upload those files into the CSS platform. The new automated push syncs data within users’ daily workflows, saving hundreds of administrative hours and enhancing compliance.
