SINGAPORE, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — MemeToro’s $MT presale has advanced through Stage 7 at $0.00430 per token following a major open-source development release that introduces the project’s first fair-launch escrow contract.
The update adds 1,373 lines of code across 17 files and marks the first time MemeToro’s repository has contained substantial smart contract code for executing the launches proposed by its AI agent. The presale has separately moved beyond the $122,000 level.
Stage 7 Coincides With a Technical Milestone
MemeToro has been developing its platform in public, beginning with architecture specifications, launch-manifest documentation and the AI agent pipeline.
The latest release changes the emphasis.
Instead of focusing only on how a launch proposal is generated, the repository now contains Solidity code covering how contributor funds could be collected, held, finalized or refunded.
The central contract is FairLaunchEscrow.sol. Its settings are locked when a round is created, with no owner, administrator or upgrade path available to change them afterward.
Each escrow can also record a fingerprint of the public launch manifest, providing a future method for checking whether the funding contract matches the terms published before a round begins.
Review MemeToro’s first fair-launch contract release
The Contract Restricts Fund and Token Allocation
The current design limits what can happen to contributor funds.
Money can be refunded to contributors or passed to the launch executor for liquidity. The escrow does not contain a path for a developer or treasury to withdraw those contributions.
Token allocation follows a similarly restrictive model. Contributor claims and liquidity must account for the entire supply used by the round, preventing a separate insider allocation from being added within the contract.
The project describes this as a move from policy-based restrictions to contract-level enforcement. The distinction is that an administrator is not simply promising not to create an insider tier; the current escrow design does not provide one.
Testing Comes Before BNB Chain Deployment
The repository now includes tests covering contribution limits, deadlines, thresholds, claims and refunds.
Randomized sequences check whether accounting remains balanced across different combinations of actions. Additional tests verify that the test suite actually reaches successful launch and refund states rather than passing without exercising those branches.
The code has not yet reached BNB Chain testnet.
Before that stage, MemeToro still needs to complete the real token deployment and liquidity executor, automate the connection between AI-generated manifests and their on-chain fingerprints, and build deployment scripts and a factory for creating launch rounds.
ERC-8004 agent identity and an independent security review are also planned.
$MT Presale Continues Alongside Development
The Stage 7 presale price of $0.00430 places the fundraising campaign alongside an increasingly public development process.
MemeToro describes $MT as the token supporting access, rewards, staking and other parts of its planned ecosystem. Its published tokenomics allocate the largest portion of supply to the public sale.
Presale participation remains separate from the technical status of the fair-launch contracts. The newly published code is still a draft and should not be interpreted as a completed or audited production system.
The next technical milestone will be more concrete: connecting the AI proposal process to the contract layer and testing the resulting system on BNB Chain.
About MemeToro
MemeToro is an open-source memecoin launchpad under development for BNB Chain. Its architecture combines an AI agent that proposes memecoin launches with public manifests and smart contracts intended to enforce fixed-rate funding, allocation and refund rules.
The project publishes its development code publicly and is currently working toward BNB Chain testnet deployment and independent contract review.
